Chip is a Golden Mantle Squirrel that I feed peanuts. It has been around for two years. I enjoy its company and love sketching it. This road runs along the ridge above Stinson Beach. Today was windless with plenty of bikes rolling by and a few motorcycles on way to Mt Tamaplais. It was odd that a photo popped up of a painting I did of the same area in 2013.
I could then finish the painting with the highlights that still exited in the trees. Sometimes they are gone before a painter gets to the end of a painting.
