This bench was specially hand built and placed to view the Truckee river and a special rock that a family enjoys.A perfect place to enjoy the river. The Truckee was very low this last fall from the drought.
To paint this view I wanted some texture underneath, so I used a canvas that had a sketch of a old shack in Sierra county. I turn the canvas upside down so my eye ignores the underpainting.
