Still Standing 8x8in thick canvas available
Every year I paint this shack near Brockway Summit. I have been told it is the second most photographed site in Truckee.
I have painted this view in the spring, summer and winter. Autumn is always my favorite. Painting it on location and watching all the photographers and family’s move in and out of my view is part of the enjoyment of the day.
I remember painting this view before that large tree in foreground fell over.
