Scrambled up to Truckee this month and caught the last hour of light in front of the aspen grove on Brockway Summit. I just got my colors into trees when the sun went behind the mountain.. Lucked out. My eyes kept going to the leafless grove to the left… not sure I can paint that, but might try..
