is located in an old adobe, that was remodeled into a elegant home with much of the original details left in place.In 1994 the gallery wing was added and exhibits are changed a couple of times a year. I try to visit this favorite museum when in the area, and if lucky get in a small painting study. Although it can be cold elsewhere in the bay, if the sun is shining the rose garden is protected and a quiet sanctuary to paint in. Here are a few detail of the museum I enjoy.
