Crystal Harling

This is still a amazing spot to paint and photograph aspen so close to Northstar and Truckee. I love to paint this grove spring and fall. It was unusually quiet this morning, with warm weather. I painted this 18x24in. scene  twice this week always find it exciting to tackle again.  The leaves have turned warmer and  and many have dropped. With snow expected next week I am fortunate to have completed a week of painting in unusually warm 70% weather.
