I have highlighted the rock face in red to expose the petroglyphs. The upper right corner looks like an animal print. This one is a public site, close to a campground in the Lake Basin area. Most California petroglyphs are restricted as to locations and off limits to the public. I am going to start looking closer as I hike on granite faces of the Sierra.
